Marie Russel, Director of IYI & Guest Instructors.  Marie Russel is the Director of It’s Yoga International, and is THRILLED to be in Toledo to share the LOVE.  Living a bi-continental lifestyle between the USA and The Canary Islands of Spain, Marie’s expertise in the It’s Yoga System and The Rocket® will be sure to inspire YOU to greater heights.  Having the privilege of teaching for over 13 years, she has supported hundreds of students to manifest their dreams, on and off the mat.

About the Location

Our new studio location has abundant natural light, beautiful floors and a zen atmosphere. Plenty of space to spread out, and close to lots of little eateries and coffee shops.

Who is This Training For?

This training is designed for IYI 200 Hr. Grads, and IYI 301 Grads, to dive deep into the physical practice and learn about the mechanics of The Rocket® Routines. With some off the mat practicing tools, be prepared to move and breath and take your Rocket® practice to new heights.
