This program is open to IYI 200 Hr. & IYI 301 graduates - now that the foundation is laid, we can really take The Rocket® to the next dimension.
With the main ingredients of the It's Yoga System® having been firmly established, participants are prepared for "take off!"
Prepare yourself for an experience of transformation and community. Learn the magic, mechanics, routines, transitions, and methods that bring so much joy and lightness to yoga practices worldwide - to fly, on and off the mat.
In the IYI 302: "Rocket® Take Off" program, we will look at the more advanced ingredients of a conscious yoga practice, where you will build upon and be inspired to take your practice to the next level. Through this unique and inspirationally designed training, you will gain the experience, knowledge and practical tools to lead a centered and authentic lifestyle, and learning how to share that experience via the Rocket® & It's Yoga® System of Ashtanga.

After the second 100 Hr. Module of our 300 Hr. Program (IY1 302 Rocket Take Off), you are welcome to register at 200 Hr. Level on itsyoga.com and become a 300 Hr. Member.
Yoga Alliance RYT500 - people who are registered with Yoga Alliance as RYT200 and complete 300 additional hours with It's Yoga International (IY1 301, 302 & 501 Programs), are welcome to register directly with the Yoga Alliance at that level RYT500.
IY1300 - when you complete 300 hours of training with Its Yoga International, you can register at the IY1300 Rocket Instructor's Designation. About the Location
Puerto Escondido is an ideal location for asana practice in that it is hot, humid and sunny – ideal for muscles and joints to gently stretch and lengthen, minds to relax and spirits to brighten!
It is very much an ocean oriented community with wonderful beaches at walking distance along with a lot of clean, local produce to nourish you throughout the training.
Added to that, the Mexican and Oaxaca family character is tangible throughout with smiling and welcoming energy.
It’s Yoga® International has relocated headquarters here due to these wonderful characteristics that allow for healing and transformation in a safe and loving environment.
Los Milagritos Retreat Center. The location is ideal for a Yoga Experience. It is in the laidback international beach community of La Punta, has a pool, a beautiful yoga space, fire pit, meditation circle spot and much more. Breakfast and shared accommodations are included in the price of the training.
You can choose to spend your entire stay barefoot and being at walking distance from great restaurants, grocery stores, shops, beach and other healing activities like massage, ocean swimming, surfing, horse riding, crystal therapy and more.
The La Punta area is a 10 minute taxi ride from Puerto Escondido airport (PXM).

Puerto Escondido International Airport (PXM) is a quick 50 minute flight from Mexico City.
It is usually cheaper to get your flights to Mexico City, and then get your flights to Puerto Escondido separately.

It is also possible to fly directly to Huatulco International Airport (HUX) (approximately 1.5 hour drive to Puerto Escondido) from many U.S. and Canada cities, via Houston on United and from Minneapolis on Sun Country, and from Toronto, Vancouver, and Calgary on sunWing, West Jet and Air Canada.
You can also fly from Mexico City to Huatulco with Interjet, Aeromar, and Vivaerobus.
You will have plenty of opportunities to enjoy a truly unique setting.

Please bring your mat with you.
Please bring yoga clothes since we are having two yoga practices a day. Puerto Escondido is quite hot, so make sure your clothes are light and breathable.

Please be aware that the sun in Puerto Escondido is really strong, we recommend wearing sunscreen everyday.
Eco Friendly Bug repellent
There are mosquitoes in the area that show up at dusk, we recommend using some repellent to avoid being bitten.The main option here in Puerto is citronella based and is very effective.
If you have any, bring them! There’s a couple of beautiful bays close to the house where you can swim and see many types of fish.
