302 Rocket® Take Off Training in Brighton, UK
May 15 @ 3:00 pm - July 5 @ 7:30 pm£1250 – £1450
The 302 module is where It’s Yoga’s 200hr and 301 graduates come together to dive deeper into the mechanics of flight, advanced on and off the mat training and the remaining sequences and styles of the It’s Yoga system – after reviewing Rocket 1, we delve into Rocket 2, Rocket 3 and Yin and Restorative Yoga.
The purpose of the It’s Yoga 300hr programme is to be open to yoga instructors from other 200hr programmes, as well as It’s Yoga 200hr graduates, so that we can offer a solid framework of education in the It’s Yoga System. Thus, participants are invited to experience the tools and techniques of The Rocket®, as developed by creator Larry Schultz, in order to practice and lead classes rooted in authenticity.
Your Trainer(s): Lena Younes
Dates & Schedule: 15-17 May | 5-7 June | 3-5 July 2020 | 3 Weekends: Friday 3pm – 7h30pm, Saturday & Sunday 9am to 7h30pm.
The Venue: It’s Yoga Brighton is located on a hill overlooking the South Downs, in a 150 old building which was originally a tavern! The space is light and bright, with plenty of chill-out areas for Teacher Trainees. We are in the Seven Dials area, between two parks, a 10-15 minute walk into the city centre and the train station.
Only an hour away from London, Brighton is a vibrant, inspiring and fun city to complete your teacher training in. Nestled between sea (25 minute walk to the beach from the studio!) and countryside, with access to both bustling cityscapes and quiet spaces, it is also a place with a history of attracting those interested in wellness, healing, inspiration and transformation.
With lots of vegan and vegetarian cafes and restaurants, hippie shops and seaside vibes, it’s a place most yoga-lovers will enjoy – and with our beautiful studio perched up on a hill, you get to experience being close to all these things while spending your training hours a little withdrawn from it all… and with great views!
It’s Yoga Brighton is a working studio as well as a training centre – as such you get to practice and interact with the local community and experience just how much yoga transforms lives in the everyday.
Accommodation: There are a number of airBnBs nearby – we would recommend looking in the Seven Dials and Preston Park area to be within walking distance of the studio. The Travelodge hotel is also a 5 minute walk from us and we may sometimes have rooms available for rent through our community. For any further assistance, feel free to get in touch!
Investment: £1250 if paid in full 8 weeks before the training begins. After that £1450. Deposit to secure your place: £500.
