Any It’s Yoga International Training Event is guaranteed to offer participants an inspiring and life enhancing experience. The It’s Yoga Legacy began in 1989 and to this day, continues to be an international leader in teacher trainings.
Our Trainers are talented, gifted and knowledgeable practitioners who believe in serving the world through Sharing the Love of the Practice. They are fully committed to It’s Yoga and have completed the requirements to become an IYI Trainer.

Core Programs
It’s Yoga International offers Core Training Programs at our Official USA Headquarters located in Toledo, Ohio as well as our International Headquarters in Tenerife, Canary Islands of Spain. All trainings are delivered by Marie Russel, Director of IYI and a team of IYI Assistants and Trainers. Our intention is to offer quality, love, and transformation for the growing community of Rocket® Lovers!

IYI 200 Hour Trainings
Certifications & Registrations
Yoga Alliance RYT - 200 - people who have completed the course are welcome to register directly with the Yoga Alliance at the RYT 200 level
IYI 200 - Its Yoga International Facilitator who is registered with It’s Yoga International and encouraged to share what they learn during the training.
Routines You Will Be Certified to Teach
Become a certified yoga teacher and instruct: Sun Salutations, Full Primary Series, Modified Primary Series, Modified Rocket 1
IYI 300 Hour Trainings
IYI 302 - Rocket® Take Off!
This training is designed for IYI 200 Hr. Grads, and IYI 301 Grads, to dive deep into the physical practice and learn about the mechanics of The Rocket® Routines.
In this 100 hr gathering you will experience the breakdown of ALL of The Rocket® Routines using practices, tools and processes unique to the It's Yoga® system, both on and off the mat. Upon certification, It's Yoga® will be honored to support your sharing of this system in your local community.

What's An "IYI Rocket Trainer"?
Being an IYI 500 HR Rocket Trainer means you are 100% committed to the It’s Yoga System and the Rocket Routines as designed by their creator, Larry Schultz. An IYI 500 Hr Trainer has the opportunity to earn 100 percent commitment from IYI to support them in opening an It's Yoga Center, leading trainings, and living an empowered and authentic life.
Certifications & Registrations
Yoga Alliance RYT - 500 - people who have completed 300 additional hours towards Yoga Alliance 500 hr and are welcome to register directly with the Yoga Alliance at that level
IYI 500 - It's Yoga International Rocket Trainer who is registered with It’s Yoga International and encouraged to complete assisting and Yoga off the Mat and learn about how to open an It's Yoga Center and lead trainings!!! It is our intention to serve the world by offering transformation through the practice of yoga, on and off the mat - thus, awakening humanity to our Divine potential and Reality.
