It's Yoga Faculty
It's Yoga is a teacher training school attracting students from all over the world. As an internationally recognized Yoga Center, It's Yoga is honored to certify students of yoga from over 10 countries this year. Our teachers are better viewed as instructors, practicing the art of sharing their practice and bringing yoga to the masses. At times, we ask them to fill in and teach beginner classes. At It's Yoga, we believe that beginner teachers can teach beginner students, and in the end, we are all beginners of this ancient practice. The It's Yoga philosophy believes that we should only teach what we practice, and practice what we teach. We trust you will support us in giving our recent graduates the playground to explore teaching - we believe that everyone has something to give in the yoga room.

It's Yoga Class Descriptions
Beginners/Modified Primary
: A modification of the primary series including both standing and seated postures. (40 postures)
Mixed Levels Series: This energizing series of postures emphasizes creating and sustaining pranayama throughout the practice. The standing poses are connected in a flowing manner, creating a moving meditation. The fluid approach to the practice supports the body in staying heated as we move deeper into each pose. Over the years we have found that this technique speeds up the process of strengthening the body, while enhancing one¹s endurance and stamina. This is a fun class with plenty of abdominal work, handstands and energy building qualities.
Full Primary Series: The first series of Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga as traditionally taught. (72 postures)
Modified Rocket Series : This class will be an introduction to the philosophy of the Rocket with its focus on building healthy joints and enjoying the process of getting stronger. All levels of students are welcome.
Rocket I: Advanced beginners plus participate in one class featuring traditional poses and variations from the primary, intermediate, and advanced series.
Rocket II
: This routine includes poses from the first, second and third series of the Ashtanga vinyasa system. The Rocket sequence focuses on back bending, spinal twisting and arm balancing. It is and uplifting series of postures that has gained global recognition as a "feel-good experience" which opens the body and clears the mind. Frequent hand stands and arm balances keep the energy level high and encourage students to connect to their inner power and change their world view. The playful and upbeat Rocket routine is the perfect counter to the soothing forward bending of the Primary Series.
